Bubbles - Turquoise blue bubbles ring

Each piece is handmade and you should expect slight variation in size and shape from this photo. Other sizes and shapes are available in this style - please ask if you would prefer smaller, rounder etc. The rings are adjustable and so can extend to fit most sizes of finger.

Bubbles glass is made by including a chemical (many different oxides and carbonates can be used for this) inside the 2 layers of glass – the glass is put into the kiln and fired at approximately 800C and a chemical reaction happens inside the glass, giving off a gas which is captured inside the glass as pretty blue bubbles.
