Returns & exchanges

If you receive an item that you are unhappy with please message me immediately and let me know what the problem is. You can return an item in the original packaging within 21 days of your purchase. I will issue a refund if both the item and box are undamaged and in its original condition. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the item is faulty.
If you cancel your order after I have sent it, you must return the goods to me at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. The cost of original posting will not be refunded.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Stud and drop earrings (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

GDPR - Personal data

Online customers – All customer payment information is held securely and payments are transferred to my PayPal account. I do not download or print any information from my website orders or PayPal but can access the minimum necessary by password-protected login for Legitimate Interests - accounting purposes, self-assessment tax returns etc.

I run classes. Enquiries are accepted by email and payment is by PayPal or by BACS. I keep the name, email, phone number of the attendees and details of date paid for Legitimate Interests of contacting them for booking the class and for my accounting purposes only.

I have a Legitimate Interest for holding this data to process payments and complete my tax self-assessment.
